The reason for considering setting up the organisational unit is commencement of operation, being predominantly performed in the Slovak construction market, particularly as a member of the “ZSR (Slovak Republic Railways) - Belusa” Consortium. On March 23, 2010, the construction works of the “Modernisation of the Nove Mesto nad Vahom-to-Puchov Railtrack” Project, particularly the Trencianska Tepla - Ilava - Belusa stretch. We participate in the construction thereof as a member of the Consortium together with STRABAG s. r. o., Porr (Slovakia) a. s. (JSC), Bögl a Krýsl k. s. (limited partnership) and Alpine Slovakia a. s. The anticipated construction completion date is the year 2014.
