 Viamont DSP a. s. (JSC), headquartered in Usti nad
Labem, is a leading construction company operating throughout the territory of
the Czech Republic. The backbone of
our company´s production programme is to provide services within the
transportation construction segment, specializing in railway constructions where
we have become recognized experts, thus enabling us, as a general contractor,
to participate in realisation of railway corridors in the Czech Republic.
The company came into existence on May 9, 2001
when the construction capacities of VIAMONT a. s. were segregated upon a
subsequent 50 % share sale in the company to Dalnicni stavby Praha a. s.
(Motorway Constructions, Prague), which is part of the international STRABAG
Concern.  Since then, This corporate ownership structure, encom-
passing Czech specialists´
know-how as well as the strength and business background of the multinational enterprise,
remained unchanged until 2010 when the existing equity ownership of the parent company
Viamont a. s. was sold directly to
Villach-based company Strabag SE. Upon the transfer of corporate ownership dated March 3,
2010, Viamont DSP has become part of the multinational enterprise STRABAG, thus allowing our company to embody the
promise of prosperity and stability. In 2009, the company generated a consolidated turnover amounting to CZK 4.11
billion.
The
company has been certified according to CSN EN ISO 9002 (ISO 9001:2001), CSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS
(Occupational Health and Safety Management
Systems Specification) 18001:1999 Standards.
